For over 10 years I had the intention of traveling across the world trying to see and portray multiple cultures. Each country would be in one moleskine. The journey was captured through ink drawings, maps and writing.  It was both an excuse to have company (drawing and photography have always been the best companions when traveling) and also to create conversations in places I was new to. If you sit and draw in a plaza, you are both understanding the place,  the culture as well as the sun. From that moment of careful observation many magic conversations appear and new paths open. Here are some fragments of these travels that have opened my mind and heart when traveling all over, and have allowed me to open to conversations with locals that have made me really travel instead of just being an observer.
